Characteristics
Screed flooring is poured in a liquid form and is naturally non-porous. This ensures that our poured floors are always seamless and easy to maintain. Any differences that may exist can be found in their wear-resistance and life expectancy. In apartments, our flooring complies with acoustic requirements and can offer up to 20dB noise level reduction and we can do even more! The flooring's high elasticity ensures that it will not crack. In addition, underfloor heating with our poured floors makes an ideal combination.

Care
Cast flooring is seamless and non-porous. This makes it easy to maintain and very hygienic. Floors can be vacuumed and mopped using cold water and a microfibre cloth. Ask us for a floor care kit. After a time, it is possible to give your Cast Floor a facelift. This involves lightly scouring the surface and re-applying a topcoat. The frequency with which this needs to be performed depends on the floor's loading and the quality of its topcoat. This way your floor could last for 50 years.
