Hotel V is a family business. Miriam and Tom Espinosa are the 11th generation in Amsterdam with a passion for inspiring character in this beautiful hotel and city.

The beating heart of this hotel is the restaurant "The Lobby". Open day and night, this restaurant boasts an excellent menu and wine list and an open stage for intimate performances and events.

Vintage

All the furniture is handpicked by the owners - "a true quest" as he himself describes it. The beautiful combination of vintage and designer furniture, including tables from Senso associate Tom Dixon, works wonderfully to give the restaurant a very special atmosphere.

Custom

The colour of the Senso floor connecting the rooms was specifically chosen by the client and created as a bespoke pigment. The smokeyness, color depth and warmth that the floor had to offer was the basis for the whole interior.
